Usage:

daily as a gel: apply in circular motions to damp face skin, avoiding the eye area, then rinse with water
Twice a week as a scrub: apply to damp face skin, avoiding the eye area and massage with circular movements for about a minute, then rinse thoroughly with water
1-2 times a week as a mask: apply to the face, avoiding the eye area, leave on for about 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water
